Due to an unclear opt-in message, no one successfully signed up for the free trip in January or February. As this problem was not caught and corrected until March 30th, the first free trip awarded will be March 31st, 2004. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
The new opt-in system offers a clear message so no one will inadvertently delete an opt-in message that was important. It also allows me to resubmit your name each drawing so you don't have to re-enter the contest every month.
As the new system has a newsletter feature, I will also once a month send out a short update which lists that month's contest winner as well as new items that can be found on the website. If you wish to stop receiving the newsletter there will be opt out instructions in every newsletter.
